We’ll be sad to see you go, but we want to make the process as simple as possible. Depending on how you joined us, here is how you can manage your plan.
First, check if you have a Web subscription:
You paid by card or PayPal.
Your plan isn’t showing up in your phone’s App Store or Google Play settings.
To cancel your web Meowz subscription:
- Open your Meowz Web Profile
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
- Tap Turn off auto-renewal:
5. Pass the quiz and press No to cancel the subscription.
6. Done, your subscription is canceled!
Once you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, but you won't be charged anymore.
