If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — getting back into your account is quick and simple. This guide will walk you through the steps if you originally signed up using your email address.
A Quick Note: If you created your account using Apple ID or Google, you’ll need to manage your password directly through those platforms, as Meowz doesn't store those credentials.
How to reset your password:
1. Launch Meowz and open the Login screen.
2. Tap Forgot password? button:
3. Enter the login email:
4. Now tap Send reset email:
5. You'll receive an email with a link to reset the password.
Can't find the email?
If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, it might be hiding in your Spam or Promotions folder.
