Still seeing a charge after canceling?
Technically, we can’t charge for a plan once it’s been canceled. If you’re still seeing a charge, it’s usually due to one of the following scenarios. Let’s look into it together:
The cancellation didn’t go through
Double-check that your plan is officially inactive. Depending on how you joined, you can verify your status here:
The timing of the cancellation
Charges are often initiated shortly before the renewal time. If a plan is canceled after the billing process has already started, the final charge may still go through.
For example:
12:15 PM: Your renewal is scheduled.
12:45 PM: You cancel the plan.
Result: Since the plan was still active at 12:15, the bank processes the payment, which might appear on your statement a couple of days later.
