We understand that plans can change. Since your refund is handled differently depending on where you subscribed, here is a quick guide to help you out.
App Store & Google Play purchases
If you joined through the app, your subscription is managed directly by Apple or Google. To request a refund, you’ll need to contact them through the account you used for the purchase:
Apple Users: Follow Apple’s official refund steps.
Android Users: Request your refund directly through Google Play Support.
Purchases made on the Meowz website
If you subscribed directly through our website, we’re here to help you personally. Every situation is unique, so please contact our support team at support@meowz.app to share your details. We’ll review your case individually and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
