Note: This article refers to subscriptions made through the App Store/Google Play Market.
If the app isn’t recognizing your Premium status yet, don't worry—your purchase is safe. Usually, it’s just a small sync issue or a different account being used.
First, a quick double-check:
Is your subscription still active in your phone's settings?
Are you signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to join Meowz?
For App Store purchases
Make sure you use the same Apple ID, for which the purchase was made, and press the Restore button on the subscription screen:
For Google Play purchases
- Check you're logged into the Google account, for which the Meowz subscription is listed.
- Re-install Meowz from the same Google Play account.
Usually, the Premium purchase is recognized automatically when the app is installed from the correct Google Pay account.
