If you're seeing the "Account with this email already exists" error message,it usually just means you’re already part of the Meowz family! Since your email is already in our system, you don't need to create a new profile — you can simply log in to get started:
💡 If you’ve recently picked up a second subscription (perhaps for another kitty) and are trying to link it to the same email as your first one, you’ll see this error too. To keep everything organized and ensure both plans work perfectly, please use a different email address for your new subscription.
